The following items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges:
Incorrect size ordered
Buyer’s remorse
Normal wear and tear
Custom or personalized items
Items altered per customer request, including but not limited to:
Additional prints or designs added to the back of an item
Collars or necklines cut or altered for comfort fit
Any modification requested after or during checkout
Once an item has been customized or altered, it cannot be resold and is therefore final sale.
