Custom & Altered Items – Final Sale
All custom, personalized, or altered items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Additional prints or designs added to the back of an item
Collars or necklines cut or altered for comfort fit
Any customer-requested modification before or after checkout
Once an item has been customized or altered, it cannot be resold.

Shipping information
Orders cannot be modified once production begins.

Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
